Saigon Crab Soup
While I'm in London I will be going to these restaurants: CAY TRE, HK Diner, Lennies and the three restaurants in the hotel who serve Malaysian, Singaporean and Cantonese food but I will be talking to you about CAY TRE. This restaurant is situated at 301 Old Street downtown London. A short 3 km from the hotel.

For my entrĂ©e I chose the renowned  Saigon Crab Soup. This is mostly made up of perfectly cooked Saigon Crab, sweetcorn, fresh hon shimeji mushrooms, mouth watering egg drop and beef stock. It was truly divine.
Wokked Pho
Next I was treated to invigoratingly flavoured Wokked Pho with fresh beef shin. Wokked Pho is a vibrantly coloured traditional Vietnamese dish it is made up of sublime rice noodles, perfectly seasoned beef shin, a variety of beautiful mustard greens and detectable and nourishing hon shimeji mushrooms and is CAY TRE’s signature dish.
To finish off I had a appetising banana fritter with tasty neapolitan ice cream sprinkled with chocolate flakes and small marshmallows. This is a speciality of CAY TRE's and is truly sensational.

CAY TRE
This restaurant is a buffet so you can have seconds of everything. CAY TRE is a renowned Vietnamese style restaurant. It was established in 2003 and has won three awards two for divine food and the certificate of excellence in dining. CAY TRE is a fabulous restaurant and I give it a ten out of ten. It has inspired me in my ways of thinking toward Vietnamese food with its vibrant and luscious colours, wide selections of food and delicacies I think it is now one of my favourite restaurants. The quality of the food and friendly service was supreme and I hope you like the sound of CAY TRE too. The total price for four people is $132 NZD.
